Nathan Knight is Pastor of Restoration Church in DC where he lives with his wife Andi and their two boys. Nathan is on the lead team at the Treasuring Christ Together church planting network, and has served by writing for The Gospel Coalition, Desiring God, and 9Marks. Nathan is also author of the book titled Planting by Pastoring: A Vision for Starting a Healthy Church.

Carlton Harris, EFCA Acting President, started ministry in 1981 as a pastoral intern at First Evangelical Free Church in Wichita, Kansas, and has spent 40 years in church leadership. He began his role at the EFCA national office leading the ReachNational division in September 2021 and was named acting president of the EFCA in April 2024. He and his wife, Carol, are members at New Hope Church in New Hope, Minnesota.
